The Ladies Aid will be making their famous apple dumplings starting at 9 a.m., they will be available for purchase in the afternoon!

This annual event is one of our most popular and important fundraisers, the proceeds of which benefit our youth year-round. We are challenging everyone to take part in this 30-day Bible reading challenge. Books are available in the social hall, or you can click the link below to download a PDF version.

Oct. 1-31

Throughout the month of October, we will collect new socks & underwear to support foster and kinship families through “The Closet.” We will collect sizes toddler through 18-years-old.

Donations can be placed in the Social Hall. Thank you for your continued partnership and support!

The Fellowship Board will once again be hosting the Reformation Sunday German dinner and potluck. The dinner will take place following the 10:00 A.M. Reformation Sunday service, on Sunday, October 26. Please bring a dish to pass. Beverages will be provided. We are also looking for individuals who will bring large batches of German dishes such as sausage and sauerkraut, spaetzle, German potato salad, and any other of your favorite family dishes. (Please inform the church office if you can contribute). The Children’s Youth Board will also be offering some fall festival activities for the youth in attendance. Please plan to attend for an afternoon of food, fellowship, and fun. We hope to see you all there!

Ladies Aid is once again sponsoring a service opportunity on Saturday, June 28 from 9am – 1pm. Come when you can and stay for whatever time you want. Men, women, and youth are all invited as help is needed. Fleece blankets – tying (no sewing skills needed) or sewing them. Fleece material provided; fabric scissors helpful. These will be donated to Foster Closet or Juvenile Detention Center.

Come join us for supper, followed by a Hymn-sing and Trivia contest. Supper will be served first in the school gym. The Hymn-Sing will take place in the Sanctuary along with a Trivia Contest. Come and satisfy your appetite, make a joyful noise unto the Lord, and test your knowledge of all things Lutheran related. You are sure to have a great time. We are hosting a Parents' Night Out so parents can go out on a date and focus on their relationship. No Charge. Children who are potty-trained through 10-years-old are welcome to join us. Pre-registration is requested by November 19.
